We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Actual product colors may vary due to monitor settings and photography.

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed
• Promotional prices are valid only during the specified promotion period
• Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies immediately.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Some items (underwear, swimwear, customized items) are non-returnable

7.2 Return Process

2. Receive a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack the item securely with all original materials
4. Ship the item back or arrange for pickup (as instructed)
5. Refund will be processed after inspection of returned item

7.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile payment (bKash/Nagad). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.4 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

8.1 Promotional Offers

• Promotions are valid only during the specified period
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions without notice
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• One coupon code per order unless otherwise specified

8.2 Coupon Codes

• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to be applied
• Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided
• Expired or invalid codes will not be honored
• We reserve the right to void orders where codes are misused

8.3 Seasonal Sales

We offer special promotions during festive seasons including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. Sale items may have modified return policies which will be clearly stated during the promotion.
